Nothing on the site is an offer, quote, or commitment to purchase receivables or provide funding. InstaFunding LLC is not a lender and does not offer loans. All transactions are established only by a written agreement executed by both parties.
3. Eligibility and accuracy
The site is intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives who are at least 18 years old. You represent that information you submit is accurate and complete, that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business, and that you will promptly correct any inaccuracies. Submitting false information may result in denial and may be unlawful.
4. Communications consent
Where you provide a phone number and check a consent box, you provide express written consent for InstaFunding LLC and its representatives to contact you by call, text message, and email — including using automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice — at that number and address, even if it is on a Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of receiving funding. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, by any other reasonable means, or by emailing info@instafunding.com. We honor revocation within the time required by law.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, and the InstaFunding name and lion mark are the property of InstaFunding LLC and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission, except to view the site for its intended purpose.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the site to submit fraudulent information, scrape or harvest data, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any law.
7. Third-party links and services
