From application to wired capital in three steps
Here is exactly what happens after you apply — including what we look at, what we ask for, and how long each stage takes for a complete file.
Apply
Three short screens: revenue and deposits, business profile, contact details. Reviewing options requires no hard credit inquiry. Have your last 3–4 months of bank statements handy — they are the single biggest speed factor.
Underwriting
A real underwriter reads deposit consistency, cash-flow pattern, seasonality, industry, and any existing positions. You get a clear Purchase Price and Specified Amount — every term spelled out before you sign.
Sign and fund
E-sign the agreement. Funds move by wire or ACH, typically within one to two business days of approval. Remittances then come from the receivables your business generates.
What underwriting looks at
- Average monthly revenue and deposit frequency
- Cash-flow consistency and seasonality
- Time in business and industry
- Existing funding positions (disclosed)
- Owner credit as a data point — not the decision
What we never do
- Run a hard credit pull to show you options
- Add a term after the fact
- Route you through a committee
- Promise an outcome before underwriting
If revenue slows down
Because the transaction is a purchase of receivables, remittances are tied to what your business generates. Our agreements include a reconciliation mechanism; if your revenue changes materially, contact us early and our team will work with you on documented changes in circumstances.
Ready when you are.
Apply in about five minutes. Decision usually the same business day.
Start your applicationAll funding is contingent on underwriting review and approval. Terms vary by business. Information on this site is illustrative only and not a commitment to purchase receivables or provide financing. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receivables — not a loan.
