Privacy policy
How InstaFunding LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information — and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by InstaFunding LLC ("InstaFunding," "we"), headquartered in Connecticut. It applies to instafunding.com and to information submitted through it. Because our services are provided to businesses, much of the information we collect relates to businesses; where it identifies an individual (for example a business owner), this policy applies.
2. Information we collect
You provide: business name, industry, time in business, revenue and deposit ranges, funding amount requested, existing positions, your name, email, phone, and any message you send. During underwriting, bank statements and identity documents are collected through secure channels, not this website. Collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction events, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6). From third parties: business and public-record data used for verification and underwriting, and information from referral partners who introduce you to us.
3. How we use it
To evaluate inquiries and applications and underwrite transactions; to communicate with you about your inquiry, including by phone, text, and email where you have consented; to verify identity and prevent fraud; to service executed agreements; to comply with law, including state commercial financing disclosure requirements; to operate, secure, and improve the website; and, with your consent where required, for marketing.
4. How we share it
With service providers acting on our behalf (form processing and hosting, chat, analytics, communications, e-signature, verification); with a separate, independently licensed entity if you ask about or are referred for term financing; with referral partners who introduced you, as necessary to service the referral; with professional advisors; and when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Text messaging (SMS) terms
When you consent, we may send transactional and informational texts about your application and funding options. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of funding. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are required for the site to function. With your consent (via the notice shown on first visit), we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) and session-analytics tools to understand how the site is used. Our chat provider (Tidio) sets cookies necessary to operate chat. You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser; most browsers also let you block cookies.
7. Security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard safeguards. We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements (including record-keeping for communications consent), and to resolve disputes. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your state of residence you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise rights, email info@instafunding.com with the subject "Privacy request" or call (475) 273-9383. We will verify your identity before responding and respond within the time required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. California residents: this section serves as our notice at collection under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by that law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted. Do not track: we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing.
9. Children
The site is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes and contact
